You are responsible for ensuring your use of Turf Wars complies with all applicable laws and platform requirements.
You are responsible for any recordings, profile information, or other content you create within Turf Wars.
You agree not to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse Turf Wars or its services.
The Turf Wars name, artwork, logos, music, interface, judges, characters, graphics, and software are protected intellectual property owned by Turf Wars unless otherwise stated.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
Turf Wars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turf Wars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or conduct that harms the community or the service.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Turf Wars after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
